Networking for Service Leavers

Networking is about making connections and building mutually beneficial relationships. The importance and value of getting yourself out and networking is paramount and we regularly attend events run by ex-forces personnel. Networking will probably be something most service leavers have little experience of attending but in the commercial World it invaluable.

We are very glad to be associated with two events one run in London and one in Essex. These events are run once a month and are attended by Ex Forces personnel who are now in civvy street, Ex Forces personnel who are about to go through transition, training consultants and company representatives. So there is a wealth of information available from Ex-Forces personnel from all services and ranks that attend for you to meet and gain important advice from their experiences.

You are probably bombarded with advertisements for Forces Resettlement training; special offers and sales pitches that create a cluttered and confusing mass of resettlement options. Networking is critical and provides the most productive way to discuss with people who are experts in their fields in an informal and relaxed environment for all aspects of training and career opportunities.

Full advice on resettlement training can be obtained along with guidance from ex military people with a common goal of helping each other in the career transition phase.
