Business Management is one the largest, most varied, and most interesting areas of work. Management is the organisational process that includes strategic planning, setting objectives, managing resources, deploying the human and financial assets needed to achieve objectives, and measuring results. Management also includes recording and storing facts and information for later use for others within the organisation.

Our range of management courses are suitable for those leaving the forces who have been in a command role and seek to add a leading commercial qualification. Equally suitable for those who wish to enter a management role but have not carried out this role in the forces.
