Career Coaching one to one sessions - these to be combined with a mandatory programme.
If all four sessions are required there wil be a package discount of £25 per session - total of £600 plus mandatory programme.

Session 1: Considering individual strengths, values, passions, interests and needs; to establish which career move is the right move. Overcoming limiting beliefs. £175
Session 2: Evaluating and testing findings from session one, ensuring commitment. Establishing SMART goals and actions required (other than the course). £175
Session 3: Writing a unique and relevant CV and cover letter, checking on goal progress and maintaining motivation. £175
Session 4: Working on interview and confidence and assertiveness; learning how to build rapport and sell yourself. £175

Additional: Establishing a specific career plan by developing awareness of strengths, values and needs; considering the long term. Overcoming any limiting beliefs to achievement of this plan.
Additional: Seeing the bigger picture and developing actions beyond the course to ensure the successful achievement of this plan. Gaining commitment to these actions.
