Enhanced learning credits training courses & packages from PSS.

Project Skills Solutions provides Enhanced Learning Credits eligible training courses and are an approved ELC training provider Number 3032.

The MoD's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to promote lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. The scheme provides financial support with a single up-front payment over a maximum of three separate financial years. Our resettlement training for the armed forces can be a single course to a training package tailored to your exact future career requirement.

The Process

1.     Discuss with us the areas that you are interested in as a future career we will advise the training options and if they are eligible under the ELC scheme to utilise the funding for your transitional training.

2.     Provisionally reserve a place on the course required by calling 0845 1307411

3.     Complete your ELCAS claim form.

4.     Submit your claim form to your commanding officer and education staff for approval.

5.     Await ELCAS while they check your eligibility for grant funding

6.     When your claim is approved by ELCAS you will be sent a Claim Authorisation Note (CAN)

7.     Call PSS to advise that you have received your CAN and post to PSS immediately.

8.     When we receive the CAN we will require a 20% (minimum) personal contribution as required under the ELCAS terms.

9.     PSS will confirm your booking and send you all necessary paperwork for you course.
