Our ‘Pathways to a new career’  Armed forces resettlement training programmes are specifically designed for those leaving the armed forces and entering the Commercial World of Civvy Street. The Pathway training is based around the core industry required training either being mandatory or considered as leading in that field.

These programmes are designed for those leaving the armed forces and wishing to transfer their military skills and profession or for those wishing to start their second career in a new field.

Pathways Resettlement training packages allow you to add specific personal skills training and coaching aimed at getting you through the door and into the new position. Our team will advise on how the packages can be used for ELCAS and resettlement funding. Furthermore if you are not eligible for resettlement funding we can advise if there are any other funding streams that may be available particularly if you are facing redundancy from the Armed forces.

Focussing on the aim of the training and the end of the Pathway Project Skills Solutions are starting at the end of 2012 to work with associate recruitment specialists and our own clients to post vacancies and set up interviews for service leavers taking our training.
