Scaffold Inspection Training

Scaffold Inspection Training

Legislation specifies that anyone carrying out an inspection on scaffolding must be competent to do so. To be competent that person must have the necessary training, knowledge and experience.

Scaffolding can be one of the most dangerous areas on any site. All scaffolding should be erected, dismantled, altered and inspected by a competent person whose combination of knowledge, training and experience is appropriate for the type and complexity of the scaffold.
