"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” Henry Ford
Your people are behind all your successes. Most of them will work in various teams. We explore what makes a highly effective team. Teams are fluid and need to adapt to change and fluctuating fortunes. Teams need to have complementary skills, attributes and characteristics whilst sharing a common vision or goal.
Successful teams will work together, challenge and support one another and put the well-being of the team above their own needs.
A great team will achieve more than the ‘sum of its parts’, whilst a poor team will waste individual effort , talent and time. In addition Project Skills are running the ILM Level 2 Team Leaders Award, ILM Level 3 First Line Managers Award and the ILM Level 5 Management Award.
