Honestly, the course was intense and being new to the subject and late delivery of pre course reading through lateness in CAN form and payments, I found it mind boggling for the first 3 days. Bilkis explained everything to us, but Tony took Thursday mornings session and the puzzle came together (He is a fantastic tutor) and I learnt a lot from him with regards to style of delivery and how to make it interesting. I deal with staff and delegates daily and it has given me new concepts of my delivery.

I did enjoy the course but am glad it’s over, the days are long and even work exhausting as the family life is there when you get home and you have to balance it all and fit sleep in there too.

‘At first it seems a lot to take in over the course of 5 days but the course content was tailored to fit and even allowed time for discussions to aid in better understanding the principles. Also the use of real life situations for examples made it easier to relate and understand. Delivery of the course content was concise and in a professional manner. The course instructor was also very approachable and took the time to know the students.

The application procedure was also very straight forward; all steps explained and assistance provided were required.’
