Train the Trainer
Most organisations acknowledge the need for well trained employees but perhaps are less clear about the importance of training people to carry out the training.
City & Guilds 7300

You will be introduced to a range of essential tips, techniques, knowledge and skills covering; planning, delivering and evaluating sessions, setting ground rules, use of icebreakers, the learning environment, training resources, gaining and maintaining attention, motivation and assessment.
